1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3 Registration & Account Management
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.
3.2 One Account Per User
Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the 77bd platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
As a responsible platform, 77bd conducts an identity verification (KYC) process that may require you to submit a copy of your ID, proof of address, or other relevant documents. This is a one-time process designed to protect your account security. Once verification is complete, all transactions will proceed smoothly without interruption.
3.4 Password Security
You are fully responsible for the security of your login credentials. 77bd will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

5 Fund Withdrawal
5.1 Withdrawal Process
77bd processes withdrawals quickly — most requests are completed within 15 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by the support team.
5.2 Withdrawal Limits
Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are set based on your membership level and account verification status:

5.3 Bonus Withdrawal Requirements

6 Bonuses & Promotions
77bd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to different terms and wagering requirements.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
- Each member is entitled to receive each type of bonus once only unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted under the relevant promotion's terms.
- 77bd reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraudulent means or system exploitation.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
- In some games, wagering may contribute less than 100% towards the wagering requirement. The contribution percentage is stated in each promotion's terms.
6.2 Bonus Verification

7.2 Live Casino
Live Casino games are operated by professional dealers in real time. Results announced by the dealer are final. Any internet connection disruption on the player's end during a game session is the player's own responsibility.

10 Account Suspension & Termination
77bd reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the member has or is currently:

- Engaging in money laundering or any illegal activity

10.1 Voluntary Closure
If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. Any valid cash balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within seven business days of receiving your request.
11 Liability Limit
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 77bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:
